Mantha Young
Co-Founder, Vice President & Director of Digital Marketing
With over 40 years of experience in advertising and marketing, Mantha brings a vast knowledge of how to make clients’ successful and happy. When meeting with a client, she brings a vision to the table and enjoys seeing results. Not only is she a visionary at work, she’s fully engaged in the community and sits on several boards, including as Vice Governor of Altrusa International, Treasurer of Early Learning Coalition.

When Mantha isn’t busy working, she is cooking up a delicious, scrumptious meal for her family and friends, enjoys planting flowers in her garden at home and being involved in her community. Mantha is an early-riser and enjoys a fresh cup of coffee each morning.
Shellie Young
Co-Founder, Vice President, Marketing & Operations
Shellie has over six years worth of experience in marketing and advertising, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Baptist College of Florida. She has a wealth of experience in sales and enjoys the production/organization-side of the business. Shellie also enjoys being involved in her community and sits on the board of directors for Belmont Academy and the Salvation Army, as well as a member of Altrusa International.

After a busy week of working, Shellie enjoys traveling with her friends and family, going for hikes, camping and enjoying the scenery, as well as cooking a delicious, fresh meal and reading.
Rick Young
Co-Founder, President
Rick offers a unique perspective and talent by having vast experience in drone navigation and technology. With this capability, we can offer extensive services to our clients. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, and is involved in his community through church and other organizations.

Rick enjoys the outdoors and tending to his farm. He has horses, loves to garden and, believe it or not, is a huge history buff.
Emily Pazel
Project Manager & Creative Design
Emily has over six years worth of experience in communications, graphic design and marketing, and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida. She has a passion for helping others and telling stories. Emily is also a member of the Altrusa Virtual Club and enjoys volunteering at the local library tutoring adults in the English language.

While she isn’t working away making clients’ dreams come true, Emily enjoys traveling, cooking and creating memorable moments with her husband, John, and daughter, Jocelyn.
